Each person who wants personal access should obtain their own authorized copy unless a separate group, educational, professional, or commercial license is offered.

13. Physical Products and Third-Party Fulfillment

Physical products are made to order and may be produced, printed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped by one or more third-party production partners. Lifvyt remains the customer-facing seller and support contact for purchases made through lifvyt.com.

Your purchase includes only the product, quantity, size, color, design, and personalization stated on the product page and in your order confirmation. Devices, frames, furniture, plants, props, accessories, and other items shown in lifestyle mockups are not included unless the product description expressly says they are.

Because products are made by production partners, the finished item may differ slightly from a screen image or mockup. Reasonable differences may include:

Minor color differences caused by screens, materials, inks, or production methods
Small variations in print or embroidery placement, texture, measurements, stitching, or finish
Packaging that is plain, partner-standard, or different from website imagery
Separate packages when an order contains products made at different facilities
A production partner’s substitution of substantially comparable materials or specifications when disclosed or permitted by applicable law

Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, supply interruptions, address problems, seasonal demand, or events outside Lifvyt’s reasonable control. If Lifvyt cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

14. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to the Lifvyt Refund Policy in effect when the order is placed.

Because digital products may be accessible immediately, refund eligibility for digital purchases may be limited after:

The customer has otherwise received the digital content

This does not mean that every Lifvyt product, image, or piece of writing—or every part of one—is generated by AI.

Lifvyt’s concepts, lived experience, personal perspective, creative direction, selection, coordination, arrangement, refinement, editing, and final review come from Lifvyt. AI-assisted material is selected, revised, and approved by Lifvyt before publication when appropriate. Lifvyt does not intend this disclosure to minimize the founder’s human authorship or creative contribution.

Artificial-intelligence tools may produce errors, omissions, unrealistic imagery, inaccurate information, or outdated material. Images created or modified with AI may be illustrative and may not depict an actual person, place, product, event, or result. Lifvyt content, whether human-created or AI-assisted, is educational and should not be treated as individualized professional, medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Lifvyt claims intellectual-property rights only to the extent those rights exist under applicable law and does not claim ownership of third-party materials.
