Are products made to order?
Many items are printed or produced after you order. Check each listing for the materials, measurements, options, and what is included. Please review your selection and shipping address carefully before checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Production and delivery times vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. Read our Shipping and Fulfillment Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once production or fulfillment begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact Lifvyt within 30 calendar days after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and relevant packaging. Please wait for instructions before returning an item.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Made-to-order products are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size, color, or quantity. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for assistance. Read the full Refund & Returns Policy.
