All products sold on Batch & Bloom are digital downloads delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital file has been delivered.

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


Digital Product Policy

Because digital products:

  • Cannot be physically returned
  • Cannot be “un-downloaded”
  • Can be duplicated or stored once accessed

We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect expectations
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Download delay due to user error
  • Not using the product

Exception: File Delivery Issues

A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstance:

  • We are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.

Duplicate or Fraudulent Purchases

If you believe you were charged twice in error, contact us immediately with proof of duplicate billing. Verified duplicate transactions may be refunded.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve a download issue may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access to purchased files
